About Me

I'm Badhon Rafi, an AI Systems & Automation Engineer with over a year of hands-on experience building automation systems for businesses. I've built more than 200 automation systems and worked with 20+ clients across different types of projects. I currently work as an Automation Developer at an e-commerce company, where I build and maintain systems that support real business operations.

My work covers marketing and outreach automation, customer support, cold calling and voice automation, as well as e-commerce systems such as inventory management, invoicing, data collection, web scraping, and workflow management. I focus on designing systems that run smoothly, stay maintainable over time, improve as business needs change, and scale as operations grow.
